An organic vineyard and farm in the Umbrian hills.

Beulah Violetta is an organic farm set on twenty six hectares of land overlooking the Umbrian hilltop town of Todi in the green heart of Italy.

  • The Vineyards

The vineyards are situated between 450-500 metres above sea level and are on typical clay soils of the region with traces of limestone. We grow sagrantino, ciliegiolo, sangiovese, trebbiano spoletino, merlot and chardonnay. There are approximately 10 hectares under vine with various exposures from north to south. The vines are in conversion to biodynamic farming.

  • The Farm

Beyond the vineyards we are growing olives, mulberries, apricots, cherries, figs, plums, persimmons and wheat.

In addition to the farm’s cultivated crops the property has an abundance of wild produce in its paddocks and woods including wild asparagus, truffles, endemic herbs and cinghiale.

  • Our Wine

Our first harvest was on the first of September 2023. The grapes were hand harvested over two days with the idea of producing a single field blend. ‘Stesso Stesso’ was created, a light red best enjoyed chilled with friends.

The wine will be released early in 2024.

Please contact us directly if you are interested in putting ‘Stesso Stesso’ on your wine list or in your cellar!
